Message Welcome to the official online of the Clerk of Superior, State & Juvenile Courts! I am also the Recorder and Trustee of all Official Real Estate Records of our county. Our office has taken a giant technological leap forward by offering Internet Access to computerized records. We were the first Clerk’s Office in Georgia to scan real estate and court records into our in- house system. Much of the information available on our terminals at our in-house downtown operation is now accessible to you from any location throughout the world via the Internet. Access to our court records, however, has for the most part been restricted to court agencies only. Because many of our court records have significant private, identifying information within them, I feel it is in the best interest of my constituents to wait until such time as such information can be protected from view before making them available to the general public online. Court dockets, however, are available and can be accessed above. One of my goals as Clerk of the above courts is to provide as much information and as many services on-line as possible, thus providing the most efficient and inexpensive delivery of services to taxpayers and other customers. My motto is, and has been since I’ve been in office, to use technology to improve customer service, not to take the place of it. My staff and I call it “technology with the human touch”.
