Real Estate Records The Real Estate division is a branch of the Clerk of Superior Court’s office and is responsible for receiving,

recording, processing, indexing and reproducing all documents related to real estate in Muscogee County. The office

is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Computers are accessible to the general public in the record room to look up

property records. If you require assistance, our friendly staff is readily available to assist you with your search and
