Muscogee County Clerk of Superior & State Courts (706) 653-4370 The Superior Court Civil Division processes over eighty different civil and domestic court actions such as: writs of execution, foreclosures, petitions, injunctions, condemnations for real and personal property, adoptions, name changes,  garnishments, child support, divorces, custody, legitimation, separations,  trade names, civil suits, bond validations,  damage suits, habeas corpus and temporary protective orders. The Civil Division is professionally staffed with deputy clerks to handle the needs and answer questions of the judges, attorneys and the general public.
